White and Clear Reticello Tube Prep
Here is some of my Clear and White Retticello tube prep. Selling the tubing this way allows me to essentially collaborate with who ever is interested! I am eager to see what kind of creations I can help spawn by releasing my prep work into the wild. Tag me if you like on Instagram @steelheadglass and I'll happily repost and whatnot. Please let me know if you have any questions or issues!
The photo in the drop down options is of the one you'll receive. I use all Simax for the clear glass and the white in this is TAG Whiteout. This patterned glass has been worked quite a bit, so if it starts to devit or get over worked just blast it with some borax fume, and then torch off the green haze. They have about 10" of 15 x 2.5 tubing attached to each section for a handle, this is not included in the weight.
About the quality grades:
A is as good as I can get it, very limited very small bubbles and fairly consistent twisting.
B+ is basically A with a small issue (One or two larger bubbles or partially inconsistent twist)
B has a couple issues (two or more larger bubbles, visual defect and/or partially inconsistent twist)
C has several issues (Several large bubbles and inconsistency with twist)

The photo of the piece from the drop down options is of the one you'll receive. I use all Simax for the clear glass, the white in this is TAG Whiteout and the black is TAG Knight Rider. This patterned glass has been worked quite a bit, so if it starts to devit or get over worked just blast it with some borax fume, and then torch off the green haze. If you haven't done this before I'd recommend practicing first on some cheap material. They have about 10" of 15 x 2.5 tubing attached to each section for a handle, this is not included in the weight.

The Claw
These XL claw grabbers are ideal for handling large work. The handles, spreader plates, and sliding collars are made with 6061 t6 aluminum for durability. The fingers are made with a heat resistant 347 stainless 1/8" rod. The fingers are held in place with stainless set screws so they may be replaced if you do still manage to torch one off. Willing and able to hold a bubble from 2 1/2" to 7" without slipping. The handle is 1/2" diameter so it works well in lathes too.
